Muslim Explorers Academy provides Islamic learning experiences, including live and recorded classes, study materials, workshops, and community programs delivered online and/or in person.

- You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services (or have parental/guardian consent for minors).
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. Course Enrolment & Payments
- Some offerings are free; paid courses, events, or resources will be clearly labelled.
- Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
- Refunds (if applicable) are considered according to the course/event policy shown at checkout or in programme details. If no specific policy is shown, refunds are not guaranteed after access has been granted or an event has started.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content (including videos, notes, slides, and branding) is owned by Muslim Explorers Academy or its licensors.
- Personal learning use only. Do not copy, share, resell, or publicly distribute content without written permission.
- Logos, trademarks, and names may not be used without prior consent.
5. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct
- Be respectful and refrain from harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour.
- No unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, or security testing.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Certificates & Attendance
- Certificates (where offered) may require meeting attendance, assessment, or completion criteria.
- We reserve the right to verify identity and withhold certificates if requirements are not met.
7. Third-Party Links & Tools
The Services may link to or embed third-party platforms (e.g., video conferencing, payment gateways, social media). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
8. Service Changes & Availability
We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We strive for accuracy and uptime but do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted operation or that content will always be available.
